  • Order Cancellation Guidelines: You retain the absolute right to cancel your order entirely free of charge at any point prior to physical dispatch from our fulfillment warehouse. Once an order has been officially handed over to our logistics partners and marked as shipped, cancellations are no longer permitted; however, you may proceed via our return protocols upon receipt if conditions are met.

  • Returns & Replacements: Due to the delicate, consumable, and health-focused nature of our natural product lineup, standard returns for change of mind are generally restricted. We will, however, gladly accept return or replacement requests under strict conditions: if you receive an item that is physically damaged, defective, expired, or incorrect. To qualify, you must notify our customer support team with photographic or video evidence within 48 hours of formal delivery.

  • Refund Execution: Upon receipt and physical inspection of an authorized returned item at our facility, our quality team validates the claim.
